Welcome to Parent Living+Plus! We're glad you're here. By using our website, mobile apps, or any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you're agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and It’s Your Magazine Inc., the parent company of Parent Living+Plus, located in Destin, Florida. If you don’t agree to these Terms, please don’t use the Service.
Parent Living+Plus is a community-focused platform where parents can discover family-friendly events, local business offers, job listings, and ways to support nonprofits. Businesses can subscribe to promote themselves through directories, coupons, events, and more.
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding legal contract. You may not use the Service if we’ve previously suspended or banned your account.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. Keep your login info safe and let us know if there’s any unauthorized use. You’re responsible for the activity on your account.
We’re all about supporting families and small businesses. Please:
Share content (like event listings or business info) that’s respectful and appropriate.
Don’t post anything illegal, harmful, misleading, or spammy.
Use the platform in the spirit it was built for: helping families and supporting community.
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that don’t align with these values.
If you submit content (photos, text, event info, etc.), you give us permission to display, promote, and share it to help connect families and businesses. You still own your content; we just need the rights to use it on our platform and social channels.
Merchants who purchase advertising agree to our Business Terms (linked separately). Merchants may choose to support a Community Partner nonprofit, in which case a portion of their subscription revenue goes to that organization. All transactions and donations are handled by us.
By submitting events, job posts, or coupons:
You confirm that the information is accurate and appropriate for families.
You agree to honor any offers or job openings you promote.
We may remove listings that don’t reflect our values or violate local laws.
By signing up, you agree we may contact you via email, phone, or text with updates, promotions, or service messages. You can unsubscribe or manage preferences anytime.
All content we create—like our logo, design, and platform features—belongs to us. You agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse our content.
We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee the platform will be error-free or that listings are always accurate. We don’t endorse or verify every business, event, or offer.
Use the Service at your own discretion.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
We hope to resolve any concerns quickly and kindly. If necessary, any legal disputes will be handled through individual arbitration in Okaloosa County, Florida, under Florida law. No class actions or jury trials.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know. Your continued use of the Service means you accept any changes.
